Why the Challenge? Journaling is a healthy outlet to provide relief from anxiety, reduce stress, boost creativity and help you manifest your goals — which is why I am so excited for you to join the 21-Day Joyous Journaling Challenge! 

What you get: At the beginning of each week, you will receive an email including daily writing prompts to help guide you on your journaling journey along with a PDF download. Each week will focus on a specific theme to help you work through some of the common challenges faced by individuals today.


— WEEK 01 — De-Stress Research shows that most health problems can be related to stress, including anxiety, headaches, depression, backaches and a weakened immune system. The act of journaling, or performing a “brain dump”, can help us to gain awareness of the stressors in our lives so we can better manage them.

— WEEK 02 — Self-Discovery Manifesting what you desire in life happens when we’re able to bring awareness to the things that are holding us back and clarity to what we need to do to propel ourselves forward. Through a series of daily prompts, you will be challenged to think about various aspects of yourself and your life to ultimately bring you closer to the life you’ve dreamed of living!

— WEEK 03 — Self-Love This week we’re diving deep and bringing it all back to you! Discover what happens when you nourish yourself with self-love, including positive affirmations, gratitude and random acts of love. You’ll find it has an incredibly joyous impact on your life.
